Dreamzarmodio's terms & conditions

  • Items are all brand new unless otherwise stated.
  • Items are all in stock & Prices stated includes shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
  • Items will be sent out every Tue and Fri.
  • For items to be sent out on stated days, payment must be received the previous day before 12pm.
  • Items will not be reserved before payment is received.
  • Items are sold on 1st come 1st serve basis.
  • Please check the stated measurements below the display picture carefully before ordering. Goods that have been sent out are non-refundable.
  • Confirmation email will be sent to the customer once payment is received.
  • For overseas customers, please state down your country in the order form and Dreamz will contact you later for shipping details.
  • Promotion

    • Items on promotion (except twilight merchandises) are not available for meetups. Only postage.

    Refund Policy

  • In cases when the item has run out of stock, Dreamz will refund the customer the equivalent amount paid beforehand by the customer.

  • Exchange

  • Applicable only for wrong item sent, size and colour.

  • Payment Mode

  • Bank Transfer

  • For meet up

    Customer can transfer full payment or a minimum deposit of S$5 to reserve the items

    Deposit is non-refundable in cases of no-show or cancellation of order without prior notice of at least 2hrs before meeting time.

    Items that are reserved, yet however customer had not paid a deposit, items will still be put out for sale.
  • Delivery method

  • Postage
    --Normal postage: S$1.50

    --Registered postage: S$4

  • Meet up

    --Bukit Batok MRT Station

    --Bukit Panjang LRT station

    Transportation Fees will be collected for other meet-up places unless otherwise stated
